Refund policy
Have you purchased from our e-shop and want to return goods? As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Returns are not possible for entrepreneurs (B2B), i.e. if a Company ID was provided during the order.

How to proceed:
contact us at hello@nox-equipment.com and inform us that you want to return the goods,
include your order number and bank account number,
carefully pack the goods,
do not send the shipment cash on delivery.
Important:
the return period is 14 days from receiving the goods,
return shipping costs are borne by the buyer,
we refund the money within 14 days from withdrawal from the contract, but not earlier than after receiving the goods or proof of shipment.
Returns within 30 days from receipt are only possible if the goods are in unopened, unused and undamaged original packaging.
RETURN OF GOODS – COMPLETE TERMS
If you are a consumer and purchased from our e-shop, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to entrepreneurs.
RETURN PERIOD
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
If the order was delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the receipt of the last delivery.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN
Inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can contact us via e-mail at hello@nox-equipment.com or via WhatsApp.
Carefully pack the goods to prevent damage during transport.
Ideally include:
order number,
your name and contact details,
bank account number for refund (if payment was made via bank transfer),
information that this is a withdrawal from the contract.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The goods must be sent no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the contract.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
We recommend sending the goods with tracking.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
We will process the refund no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the contract, but not before we receive the returned goods or you prove that you have sent them back.
We will refund the money using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods should preferably be:
complete,
undamaged,
without signs of excessive use,
including all accessories that were part of the package.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to familiarize themselves with the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Returns within 30 days are only possible if the goods are in unopened and undamaged original packaging.
WHEN WITHDRAWAL IS NOT POSSIBLE
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible in particular for goods:
modified according to the customer’s wishes or for their person,
which have been irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery,
in sealed packaging which has been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,
products containing electronic licenses or digital content,
if excluded by the nature of the goods or applicable legal regulations.
