Wash mitt | Clay mitt
NOX Equipment wash mitts and clay mitts are for people who want to wash their car gently yet thoroughly. The long chenille fibers trap dirt inside their structure instead of dragging it across the paintwork, and the clay mitt removes embedded contaminants from the surface faster than a traditional clay bar.
Car wash mitts
- ChenilleWash™ Black and ChenilleWash™ Blue – double-sided chenille wash mitts with soft, plush fibers. They trap dirt deep within the fibers, reduce the risk of swirl marks and micro-scratches, hold plenty of water and shampoo, and maintain a rich lather. Two colors allow you to distinguish between a mitt for paint and a mitt for wheels, for example.

Clay mitts for paint decontamination
SynclayMitt™ features a HoneyComb clay surface that releases fallout, road deposits, and stubborn grime from paint and glass. Thanks to the mitt shape, it covers a larger area at once than a clay bar, while the other side is microfiber for gentle buffing. It is reusable. Always use it with sufficient lubricant – a clay lubricant or water with a higher concentration of car shampoo.
Why a chenille mitt instead of a sponge
- Does not trap dirt on the surface – particles are hidden within the long fibers.
- Double the surface area – just flip the mitt over.
- Long service life – wash at 30–40 °C without fabric softener and separately.
How to wash step by step
Start with pre-washing using the FoamShot™ foam lance, then move on to contact washing with a mitt, and dry the car with a HyperDryer™ drying towel. Use special brushes for wheels and tires.
