These privacy policies describe how NOXunity Group s.r.o., represented by Radek Lövenhöfer, Company ID: 23986620, with its registered office at Antonína Petrofa 2116/16, 500 09 Hradec Králové, e-mail: hello@nox-equipment.com, phone: +420 731 225 333 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller” or “we”) processes personal data of website visitors, customers and other persons who communicate with us through the e-shop www.nox-equipment.com.
These policies are prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), related legal regulations of the Czech Republic and rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies.

2. What personal data we process
We may process in particular the following personal data:
identification data: first name, last name, Company ID, VAT ID,
contact data: e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address,
order and transaction data: ordered goods, order date, delivery and payment method, payment information, order history,
communication data: content of messages, inquiries, complaints, reviews and other communication with us,
user account data: login details, account settings,
technical and online data: IP address, cookies, information about device, browser, website behavior and traffic,
other data that you voluntarily provide to us.
The scope of specific processed data depends on which services you use, which website functions you use and what permissions or consents you grant to us.
3. Where we obtain personal data
We obtain personal data mainly:
directly from you when placing an order, registering, filling out a form, sending an inquiry, review or complaint,
automatically when using our website through cookies and similar technologies,
from payment, transport or technical service providers if necessary for order processing or operation of the e-shop,
from the Shopify platform and related services we use to operate the e-shop.
4. For what purposes and on what legal basis we process data
4.1 Order processing and contract performance
We process personal data for the purpose of accepting and processing orders, delivering goods, communication regarding the order, processing payments, returns and exercising rights from defective performance.
Legal basis: performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4.2 Accounting and legal obligations
We process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under tax, accounting and other legal regulations.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4.3 Handling inquiries, complaints and customer support
If you contact us, we process your data to respond to inquiries, resolve complaints or other communication.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in handling communication and protecting our rights under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
4.4 User account
If you create a customer account, we process data necessary for its operation, management and security.
Legal basis: performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4.5 Sending commercial communications to existing customers
If you have purchased from us, we may send you information about our similar products and services.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in direct marketing and compliance with rules for information society services; you can unsubscribe at any time.
4.6 Newsletter based on consent
If you subscribe to newsletters without prior purchase or where required, we process your e-mail based on your consent.
Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4.7 Reviews and ratings
If we allow reviews, we may process data related to verifying that the review comes from a real customer and its publication.
Legal basis: performance of a contract, legitimate interest in transparency and credibility of reviews, or consent if required.
4.8 Website security, fraud prevention and protection of rights
We may use data to secure the website, prevent misuse, evaluate risky orders, resolve disputes and protect our rights.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4.9 Analytics and marketing cookies
If you give consent via the cookie bar, we may use analytics and marketing cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic, evaluate behavior and display more relevant advertising.
Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and consent under cookie rules. In the Czech Republic, prior demonstrable consent is required for non-technical cookies.
5. How long we store data
We retain personal data only for the period necessary for the given purpose and depending on processing, in particular:
order and contract data for the duration of the contractual relationship and then as necessary to protect rights, usually no longer than 4 years after fulfillment, unless required otherwise by law,
accounting and tax documents for periods defined by law, typically 5 to 10 years,
complaint data for the duration of related claims,
customer account for the duration of its existence and then only as necessary,
marketing communications until unsubscribe or until legitimate interest no longer applies,
newsletter based on consent until withdrawal,
cookies according to their type and settings.
Retention may vary depending on services used or legal obligations. GDPR requires storage limitation.
6. To whom we disclose personal data
We may share personal data with:
Shopify e-commerce platform provider,
payment service providers and payment gateways,
carriers and delivery points,
accounting, tax and legal service providers,
email marketing tool providers,
hosting, IT support and security providers,
analytics and marketing providers (with consent),
public authorities where required by law.
Data is shared only to the necessary extent and under proper agreements where required.
7. Shopify and its role
Our e-shop operates on the Shopify platform. Shopify provides technical infrastructure and may process some personal data. Shopify states that its Data Processing Addendum applies to customer data and that for some “Enhanced Services” it may act as an independent controller.

8. Transfers to third countries
Some services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, especially if providers are located outside the EEA. Transfers are carried out using appropriate legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. Shopify also acknowledges international transfers.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that would have legal or similarly significant effects.
If analytics or marketing tools are used with your consent, basic profiling may occur for campaign measurement or personalization, but not within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

right to data portability,
right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,

In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
